At ROC Boots, our aim is to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase. Ensure your return meets the conditions of our Returns Policy and complies with the below points before lodging your return.

All returns must be lodged within 30 days from receiving your order.

All items must be returned in unworn condition and original unmarked packaging.

Customs, Duties and Taxes are non-refundable by ROC Boots Australia if you choose to return your order.

Final Sale items are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.
If your return does not comply with these conditions your item/s will not be accepted and returned to you at your cost.
Australia: $10AUD return postage label fee will be deducted from the refund. *Store Credit & Exchanges is free.
New Zealand: $30AUD return postage label fee will be deducted from the refund. *Store Credit is free. Exchanges Not Available.
United States: $20AUD return postage label fee will be deducted from the refund. *Store Credit is free. Exchanges Not Available.
All Other Countries: Store Credit & Exchanges Not Available. Refunds: Customers are responsible for the postage costs of returns.
Australia: Please allow 4 business days for return processing.
All Other Countries: Please allow 2-4 week for return processing.
Once we receive your items, and we inspect, we will refund you the total cost of product only. Customs, Duties and Taxes are non-refundable by ROC Boots Australia.

All items purchased during the sale period at the warehouse sale are final sale and are not eligible for return, store credit or exchange unless otherwise deemed faulty.
REFUNDS
Refunds are reversed onto the original form of payments, i.e. Afterpay account or credit card used. Depending on your credit card provider, refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank statement.
