Returns Policy (Old)

At ROC Boots, our aim is to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase. Please read the below for the return options available based on your location.

  • All returns must be lodged within 30 days from receiving your order.
  • All items must be returned in unworn condition and original unmarked packaging.
  • Send your ROC Boots back with a completed Returns Form.
  • Customs, Duties and Taxes are non-refundable by ROC Boots Australia if you choose to return your order.

AUSTRALIAN RETURNS

Store Credit - FREE

Lodge your free return through our Australian Post Returns portal and select Store Credit. Once we receive your return and the product is inspected, we will send you an email with a gift card code, which you can apply at checkout on your next ROC purchase.

LODGE RETURN

Exchange  - FREE

Exchanges are available for change of alternate size of the same product only. If there’s no size available, then we will send you a store credit gift card which is equal to the cost of product. Lodge your free returns through Australian Post Returns portal and select Exchange. Once we have received your product back and inspected, we will arrange and send your exchange out to you within 4 business days.

REFUND - Customers are responsible for the postage cost of return.

If you would like to receive a refund, please follow our Australian Post Portal and select Refund. Once we have received your product back and inspected, we will process your refund.

UNITED STATES & NEW ZEALAND RETURNS

Store Credit - FREE

Lodge your free return through our DHL portal and select Store Credit. Once we receive your return and the product is inspected, we will send you an email with a gift card code, which you can apply at checkout on your next ROC purchase. Please allow 2-4 week for return processing.

Refund - $30 AUD Return Fee Customers are responsible for the postage cost of return.

All items purchased during the sale period at the warehouse sale are final sale and are not eligible for return, store credit or exchange unless otherwise deemed faulty.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds are reversed onto the original form of payments, i.e. Afterpay account or credit card used. Depending on your credit card provider, refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank statement.

 

SALE ITEMS

All Sale items are FINAL SALE. Sale Items can be exchanged for alternative size of the same product only. If there’s no size available, then we will send you a store credit gift card which is equal to the cost of product and is valid for 12 months for AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS ONLY. All Sale items are Final Sale for INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS.
