It is a roomy fit for a size EU38 in this style. I am a true size EU38 for all shoes. I bought Minx and Idaho in EU38 and they fit like a glove. These shoes fit alittle bit longer in length wise and feel like its more of a EU38.5.
If you are in between sizes I recommend sizing down to the closest size down. With socks they still flip alittle while I walk but it’s not uncomfortable. The roomy fit might be better for the whole day since our feet expand throughout the day and depending on the weather. The inserts don’t really help much and I personally feel the inserts are abit uncomfortable.
In conclusion it does run half size bigger than usual but it is super comfy.

I love the look of these shoes, enough platform to look rebellious, but sensible enough that I can still wear them to work without getting in trouble (and wear them all day without my feet hurting!) I went down one size and they feel just right.

I love the design, unfortunately, the sizing is not correct for me, I'm us 9 and never had a problem but this shoe is too big, a half-size smaller would perhaps have worked better, will try heel inserts and if unsuccessful try inserts, they are a beautiful shoe though and are flattering on the foot

Love them. I have flat Roc boots in 39, I bought these in 38 and am happy with the sizing... a little concerned about the sizing if they stretch though.
Only thing I wish would be addressed is the lack of arch support, I think I have quite high arches, so maybe if they offered suggested or extra innersoles which can be changed.

We have an additional Footbed Insole in each Shoe Box, did you receive? this may help with the arch support, but mainly helps reduce the fitting by 1/2 a size,
